Canary Seed Milk Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Glabrous Canary Seed
  • Up to 2 Quarts of Water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Soak 1 Cup of Seed in water for 24 hours
  2. Rinse and Drain
  3. In blender place seed and 2 quarts of ice water
  4. Blend 3 minutes on high speed
  5. Strain through a nut milk bag into another container
  6. Squeeze out all the liquid
  7. Add more ice water if needed to make 2 quarts of seed milk
  8. Drink 12 oz twice a day
  9. Keep refrigerated
